At French Cuff Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the original packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus a small restocking fee.
